语言学习中语言能力和交际能力的关系研究——概念内涵、研究内容和应用On the Relation between Language Ability and Communicative Competence in Language Learning:Concepts,Research Contents and Practices

摘要(Abstract)：
语言能力和交际能力是在语言研究和语言教学领域影响深远的两大概念。语言能力是人类与生俱来的能力，其核心是语法规则和语言官能。语言能力的主要研究内容是探索语言官能运算和处理语法结构的方式。语言能力在语言学习领域的应用主要体现在普遍语法在一语和二语习得中的可及性，并形成三大假说：直接可及说、间接可及说和不可及说。交际能力是在一定的社会文化环境下，通过人际交往发展而来的使用语言的技能。这种技能与社会、语境和使用语言的人密不可分。交际能力的研究内容包含对交际能力组成部分的探讨和建立相关交际能力模型和交际语言框架两个方面。交际能力的理念为交际教学法的形成和发展提供了理论基础。语言学习者需从语言和交际两个角度来学习语言。
