非物质文化遗产继承人对于民族文化的传承至关重要.当前,非物质文化遗产传承人在广西的生存状况堪忧,他们生活水平低,受教育水平低,地位低.非物质文化遗产传承人培养的影响因素有政治、经济、社会和传承人自身等.非物质文化遗产传承人培养必须认识到培养非物质文化遗产传承人对广西的重要意义,强化对非遗传承人队伍建设,打造新时期广西非遗传承人队伍长效培育机制,落实广西非遗传承人培育工作,为广西非遗传承人的培养提供的保障措施和政府支持.

Inheritors for intangible cultural heritage play a vital part in the inheritance of national culture．Atpresent,due to various reasons such as political,economic and social factors as well as inheritors themselves,these inheritors’ living condition is alarming:poor living standard,low education level and status．The cultivation of inheritors for intangible cultural heritage on account of national tradition must be based on the understanding of these inheritors’importance in China,so as to strengthen the construction of inheritor teams,create a long-term cultivation mechanism for inheritors in Guangxi during this new era,ensure the implementation of the cultivation,and provide safe guards and government support．
